I have a Proof Barrels Certificate for sale. It was won at a rifle match and has a face value of $875, not redeemable for cash. You can use it for any SS barrel or use it's value towards the purchase of a carbon barrel. Yes, this includes prefit barrels.
I am asking $600 for it. A SS blank is cheaper than my asking price so its not going to save you any money there. If you wanted a SS prefit, or any carbon barrel this will save you nearly $300.
