			<description>I am asking this for a friend who could be wrong on something. He recently got a suppressed ruger 10/22 and since he lives in rogers county he had to do a trust. Well, he only listed him and his mother on the trust. He thinks that if he passes the gun must be turned into the ATF. Is this correct?</description>
