Have you bought a Fishing License lately ? Lifetime Fishing License?
What do you think about the Legacy Permit ?
I was told it was to pay for some land that Oklahoma bought, is that right?
I have the lifetime hunting license and kick myself every time I think about the fishing license.

Yes, I am one of the stupid ones who buys the annual licenses. I kick myself every year for not buying the lifetime license. Dont think much of the legacy permit but what can you do? Dont buy the things I guess. I heard the same thing about the land purchase, I guess we all could enjoy it if we wanted to. I don't know all the details yet but I think that it is for public hunting land. There are details on wildlifedepartment.com
I just keep telling myself that it is going to a good cause.
If we have Indian blood,we don't have to buy a license right? ;)
That *was* the original agreement.
The price of a fishing license is ridiculous...$25 for just the basic annual license.
That's not counting 'Trout' or other special permits.

This year or next year before I start to fish I will buy my lifetime license, that way they can dig in my wallet only one time for $25.
I am glad they bought land for the public but I still think its a form of robbery.

I have had a Lifetime Combo for years, one of the best investments I have made. The hunting part has allready paid for itself years ago.
IIRC the lifetime combo is just over $700 OUCH.
