If I'm gonna spend my money I might as well spend it with someone who shares some of my convictions. If I'm lucky the money I give him will go to his bullet fund and he will let me shoot some of them. :thumb: Maybe you can have a separate forum where folks can advertise. I'm not just talking guns either. I don't know how many times I chose a plumber or an appliance repairman from the phone book when I knew absolutely nothing about them. At least gun owners are generally trust worthy individuals.

I think this is a great idea.

At the permission of the moderator I have posted about my restaurant in here several times. I'd even pay a small fee to be listed in such a directory if this made doing the work a little more attractive to the administrator to get it done.

I think this would be a good idea as well. I'm fortunate in that I've already got more work than I can get to, but if I were starting up I'd like it for the purpose of getting established. And I would definately choose to consider like minded individuals to give my business to.

It does indeed sound like a very good idea! I like the idea of members supporting members. It enforces the fact that we're a like-minded community.

On the front website (www.okshooters.com) the menu option "Links" takes you to the Links section... there is now a category specifically for Member Businesses and Personal Websites for members. Only members have the option on the left side panel (User Panel) to be able to submit links. They go through an approval process to make sure someone doesn't submit porn links, etc. But yeah... great idea and it'll generate a little traffic to your business. :)

I'll make an announcement in the general area about it as well.
