DW CBOB after Chuck Roger's Golf ball checkering

This is my DW CBOB after it came back from Chuck Roger's shop http://www.rogersprecision.com/ . He machined the frame to true commander frame(was a gov't size frame), added the bowtie thing to the frame(I am not sure what you call it but it basically makes less contact between the barrel and the frame), did reliability tune, made the front strap thinner and higher and added his popular golfballing front checkering. I call this my poormans Ed Brown carry. 1911sooner can shoot this pretty accurate but I am not there yet :ugh2:

I can't really remember, but it's about one and a half month +/- I think. He also machined the feed ramp to the best possible angle. This pistol feeds flawlessly after I got it back.

That's impressive..... I called and was quoted 6 months.. but I wanted a bit more work done.
