The Winchester Ranger load that is available to civilians. I know where to get the SXT but its only available to LE

The gun show was full of Ranger SXTs in every flavor.
AFAIK,there is no "Ranger" load available to civilians.

Winchester makes a "Supreme SXT" but it is not in the same league as the LEO stuff.
The Ranger SXT is a great round,I prefer the 147gr in 9mm 230gr in .45(not +p) and the 165gr in .40.

I think Dongs has 50rd boxes of 165gr Ranger .40 for $19.99
It is not the usual tan and blue box but rather the black and white box.
This is govenment contract overrun ammo and it is old but good stuff.
The gun show was selling Rangers for $20 OTD in every pistol caliber

Also my understanding is that Winchester wont sell to civilians but its not a law that civilians can't own it. Just Winchesters policy.
