Are you looking for rifle or pistol ammo?

If you are looking for rifle, don't bother with the TAP.

Buy Black Hills from Midway or somebody online and you'll have the exact same ammo. Black Hills will sell the Blue Box way cheaper and you can't tell the difference between the two as I've compared it to my duty ammo. It would take a highly trained eye and in terms of performance its the same.
