Ammo FFL?

I was curios if anyone knows if a person has to have a FFL to sell ammo.
I know a person has to have a license if they want to import ammo or make ammo to sell to others.

Are you referring to an individual to individual transaction (maybe involving shipping) or being a dealer and selling to consumers?

being a dealer and selling to consumers was my idea, but it doesn't look good now. BTW thanks for the reply.
