My short stint in the Dark Side of 1911's ended yesterday (well, it really ended Thursday, when my new 1911 fell apart at the range :censored: ). DrBaker let me shoot his 21 that day and I was hooked, so you can figure out what happened next.

Now I just have to figure out what to do with that 1911 once it comes back from the shop :wink2:

I'll have to wait until I have some more $$$ first, I know I'll want one of those as well :)

Yeah well, it's a :censored: to kick start another debate but I'd like some more details on what happened to that 1911. I'm not here to debate, I just want the facts.

It's not quite as bad as it sounds, but the tritium insert on the front sight assembly fell out. Springfield Armory is coverning it under warranty, I just thought it should have lasted more than 250 rds. It just made for a convenient excuse to buy another Glock :wink2:
