I have a CCW from Oklahoma as a retired officer. Since I now have a California drivers license,(yes, I now live in CA) does anyone know if the license would be recognized as valid anywhere?

It's doubtful that it's valid anywhere. Oklahoma doesn't issue non-resident permits. You are not an Oklahoma Resident. You could go here and get a non-resident license: http://licgweb.doacs.state.fl.us/weapons/index.html . But California will not honor it.
As a retired LEO you are covered by the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004. The trick is that to be covered by that federal statute you must qualify annually to the state's standards for LEOs in the state you are in.
