I want to pick up a .357sig barrel for my G35.... The Storm Lake is $100ish and the KKM is $160ish.. I don't mind paying for quality, but I also don't want to throw away money if I won't notice the difference. Anyone else have any aftermarket barrel experiences?

I've used Federal conversion barrels in Glocks. I didn't have any problems with them. If I ever need another conversion barrel, I would hesitate to get another Federal for the price.
This won't answer your question directly but I tried a Federal 9mm conversion barrel in my G23 and it was very accurate from the bench....more so than the Glock Factory barrel.
You have to be really good to notice a difference in practical accuracy,I think.
I was talking to Eric about barrels the other day and he recommeds KKM,Jarvis, and Bar-sto,FWIW
