Now all you need is a threaded barrel and a can for it to make it really fun.

I bought mine in sept 2003. I do have the extended version, I think the shorter barrel looks better though.
I probably only have about 500 rounds through mine with no problems at all. Fun little gun. I use that Remington 550 high velocity from wal-mart in mine.

I have one also. They are a blast to shoot. Easy and fun to shoot even for my 12 and 13 year old girls. I have maybe shot around 1500 rounds and only problem I have had will it is the cheap "crap" federal. Stay with the Remington ammo and it will do just fine.

I have a friend that is thinking about buying one for his girlfriend for protection in the house. One with the laser anyway, so she could just point and shoot if she had too....
I really love this little things, its so cheap to shoot...I guess its time to step up and get something bigger too....

Most of you probably arleady know, but ebay is great place to buy different colored frames for a P22. I've been thinking about a camo, carbon fiber, or olive drab.

I saw the green one, and the camo one on there. I havent seen the carbon fiber on there though. I almost bought a carbon fiber one to begin with....

:grumble: j/k
those guns are nice though, we shot about 300rnds through it the other day and had a few problems with it. sometimes the slide wouldn't cock the hammer back between shots, which was odd. i'll have to figure out how to fix that i guess.
i saw some pictures on the ar15 forums of people with these and a supressor (legally, apparently).. that'd be neat to have. anyone know about the legalities of that?
