Anyone ever herd of this stuff? I got 2 50rd. boxes of 115 gr. when I bought my Sig. I was just wondering what people thought of it.

Kenny, just got a good chuckle from your signature line. Sorry, can't help you on the question about Fiocchi.

If Sig includes it with their new guns, that must be worth something.

It's a good company with the Manufacturing plant just south of Springfield, MO. They make some the best shotgun ammo out there, especially the Pheasant Gold. Fiocchi is hard to come by as they don't sell everywhere. Cabella's stocks it but I don't know of any local retailers that carry it. The 9mm tends to run pretty hot and will not function real well out of some handguns. My HK P7's don't tend to like them but will run Blazer or Winchester whitebox without fail.

Groupguy is right. Fiocchi tends to run a pretty hot load. I used to be in the business and we sold lots of Fiocchi. The quality is good and I have reloaded their brass quite a bit. I have shot quite a bit of their .40 stuff and found it to be surprisingly accurate out of my P229. I have also shot a fair amount in 9x18 Makarov. They are one of the few manufacturers that had a JHP load in this caliber (besides Hornady). I wouldn't be scared of it at all.
BTW - the shotgun stuff is top notch. They even sold a 12ga slug that was ultra-accurate. I wish I could find more of them.

Sportsworld in Tulsa carries the brand. Personally, they seemed to be a little more dirty than the Blazer stuff.

I found some at of all places Walls in Shawnee, some years ago. Got two cases for something like $120/cs for Fiocci .40 cal I think it was fmj 170gr. Haven't shot the 9mm, but the .40 is fine shootin' stuff
