Stepper, its all your fault. We just got back from the Firing Line. We rented the MP5. The wife went with me, she shoots but has never shot a full auto before. The MP5 seemed like a good choice so we chose it. We both came out of there with ear to ear grins. Rental plus 100 rounds of ammo cost 34 bucks. We would have shot more but that was all the 9mm that they had left.
We always have a great time there. I picked up a flyer for the 2006 Full auto shoot, I'll post the info later on another thread.

Its a blast to shoot, right!!! :gun1:

I wish I could have one.

$34 bucks is not bad at all for that rental. Thats cheaper than H&H is. H&H was only on friday, and I don't know if they still do it.

How far away is the Firing Line from OKC?

Its near Wyandotte on Highway 60. Its pretty far, the extreme northeast corner of the state, near Miami. If you are ever up this way give a holler. The MP5 IS a blast to shoot. I Think that they ONLY cost about 12 grand. We would have shot it more but the holiday weekend had been very busy and they only had 2 boxes of 9mm left.

OH, yea, that is way out of the way. Sounds like a 3-4 hour drive from the city.

I bet if eveybody on the forum pitched in, we could buy a MP5.

I would be happy to keep it at my house and I'd let JP do the cleaning on it.
