I took the course yesterday, and it was the worst 10 hours ever. There was about 100 people packed in this room, and about half were smelly kids. I feel sorry for grade school teachers, putting up with the little brats. 98% of the info I already knew. There should be a separate class for adults. Did I mention the kids stunk?

Yeah, but you still have to go to a class and they are all on weeknights.

LOL!
That's my cousin.

I bet he told the story of the blackpowder rifle discharging through his hand didn't he? ;)

That sounds like the same guy that gave my class in '89, has he been doing it that long?

Yeah, he told the blackpowder accident, as well as the broadhead to the knee stunt.
A guy I work with said that he took the couse years back, and Kelly was teaching it. My co-worker claims that Kelly was just as ready to finish the class as everyone else, and it only took 5-6hrs. Maybe the regulations are more stiff on the class?

I took it this fall in Jenks at the ODWC. I did the interent course with the 5 hour class portion. Class was cramped with small plastic chairs one would see in a 1st graders class.
Glad to be done with it but I learned a little too.
I am interested in taking the shotgun adn archery class when they offer it too.Its free and I could learn something new.
