Tulsa area NRA Counselor?

I am looking at becoming an NRA Instructor and was wondering if there was an individual(training counselor) in the Tulsa area who I could speak with about this. The NRA website only has a number to call... during the week.

I'm familiar with the particular instructor. He does an excellent job. He's heavily involved in Boy Scouts, so trains a number of classes that directly benefit Scout leaders in need of certification. Call his number.
