Help!! Some how, I'm now useing a death grip on my Glock21, when fireing. I'm also letting my wrist break down on recoil. At 25 yrds good soild mid group. 50 yrds all over the place. I have stared really griping hard . Any drills or pratices that I can do??? I have shoot 350 rds in past week and half. I just need to figure out what or why I'm doing this. Any Help appericated.

Prior to trying to answer your question, try to answer these questions as best you can to provide some framework.
1) What professional training have you had?
2) Do you have hands larger than the average man?
Answers to these will help provide some insight to assist you.

I've had law enforcement training. I just changed to a g21 from a g17. My hands are quite big enough to hold gun.I know what I'm doing (shooting). I just have done this with this gun. I guess the main thing is I've been sick , six operations in two and a half yrs.Out of pratice. But shoot fine with both guns @ 40 ft. Spray when I go to baricade!

Don't overshoot. That will only reinforce BAD habbits. Try not to squeez the liquid out of the plastic. hahaha. Try dry fireing with a dime rested on the front sight and let the snap surprise you while keeping your sight picture and sight alignment correct. Pick up some dummy rounds and then practice. :thumb:
