Oh man.....I don't know what has gotten into my parents. They aren't anti gun but have never expressed interest in CCW. My mom has expressed a concern for her safety (she works at a bank in downtown Tulsa), she is frequently going and coming in the dark. She wants to get her CCW and carry a pistol. :bigeye:

Now, I'm all for self defense. I am for her being prepared and protected, but you guys gotta know my mom.....all I can say is "bless her heart". This is gonna get interesting!!!!!

Just be sure to help her make some wise decisions.

I am trying to convince my mother and my wife to take the class. I even offered to buy my wife the gun of her choice. My dad can take care of my mom's gun situation, I'm sure he's got something for her to carry.

Sorry, I think your line of: "I even offered to buy my wife the gun of her choice" is hilarious! I walked into the gun store with my wife and tried that, but she didn't fall for it! I think she knows that if I bought her any gun of her choice, I would end up with another gun!

Hope you can convince her. If your wife knew there were people like bulbboy running around, she would want to be able to protect herself! :)
