Scum bag files suit against police

Give me a break this moron Link (http://www.kotv.com/main/home/stories.asp?whichpage=1&id=97777) is wanting to sue the city cause he says he got roughed up bye the police. I don't know if they used excessive force or not. Personally I don't have any issues with a guy getting a couple extra blows the the side with a night stick if hes being an @$$hat. We have more and more idiots that don't have any respect for authority and when you have idiots swinging at cops or shooting at them all the time. It makes society a worse palce, if these idiots aren't even in fear of the law. A regular citizen is screwed. I think if a guy has a WRECK on ocassion on his way to the patrol car its not nessacarly a bad thing. You think about things 20-30 years ago. If I guy got stupid he had an accident, back then you didn't have mass amount of idiots tring to assult police and resisting like the do now. I think we should go back to the way things used to be. Stop hiring people with degrees in sociology and poly sci. Insteed start hiring some old country boys who can clean this town up. :smack:

Remember back in the pre-litigation days when a you took an a$$-whoopin or threw some ole boy a beating and it was done with? The fight was to settle the dispute.Now days the fight is just to get the ball rolling so the money can change hands.

It's gonna get thrown out.I saw nothing on the tape that was shocking or even comming close to improper conduct by the officers.Yea he got his a$$ kicked.I saw a lot of sociology and poly sci. going on in the video.He was showing anti-social behavior and being polically incorrect.(gotta love the no shirt bit)The officers used their sociology and poly sci. degree's to bring the suspect into the sociatal norm.

The guy wanted a fight,he asked to take on all comers.He got what he asked for.

I just saw the video that guy was asking for an ass kicking. What got him in trouble is when he leaned forward and threw the cop over his back. Right then all the rules went out till he is cuffed. After that shouldnt hit someone, but he was fighting whole time uncuffed. And they stopped once he was cuffed not sure what the problem is? This lawsuit going nowhere. If anything he owes those police officers an apology, and the city one for putting up with him.

Its a street fight till the cuffs get on.
