I'll start the thread by saying I've bought numerous items from them and always have been treated with respect and courtesy, they are the only ones I've found around that carry, They are open till Six I believe and will do whatever they can to take care of you. Thanks!

I live in the OKC area and have ordered handloading components (bullets) a number of times from them.

At this writing, they have a flat rate fee of $9.00 to ship, which makes shipping often times less expensive than driving somewhere.

I will second this as well. I bought my XD-9 there, my o/u shotgun and a remington 870 express for my wife there. I feel like I made a great deal on every gun I have bought there. They also have cheap bulk 9mm. The last time I bought some it was $18.99 for 100. I have not found anything cheaper than that in 9mm. Kevin and his mother are always very nice to me.

I went to Sports World for the first time yesterday, and I must say, I was very impressed. I was asked if I need help 3 times by different personnel. I overheard a staff member explaining to another customer the difference between single and double action revolvers with no condescending tone and very educational to the customer. Also observed another staffer helping another customer who could not figure out the slide release on a 1911. Again, very patient and helpful to the customer.

I looked around and bought an item. When at the register, the salesman asked if I had found everything alright, and when I asked about an item, he immediately turned and went to look for it on the shelf. No pointing, no "I don't know" just down home customer service.

Well, Sports World, you have just gained 1 new customer and I have already related my experience to my father, brother and several co-workers. Keep up the good work and look forward to doing more business in the future (probably this weekend)!

However I did just buy a gun from them. They didn't have what I wanted in stock, but they were able to get it, and they are shipping the gun to my local ffl holder. Kevin is the one that helped me, and he was very knowledgable and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable too. I will probably try to take the time to visit the store again in November, after I leave the gun show.

i went in there a few weeks ago also my first time and i spoke to chris about a home defense shotgun. He was very helpful they had a cabinet full of "home defense" goodies i woulda loved to drool over but i had other places to be and the wife was with me, i saw a few tactical m1 and mini 14 variants i would have loved to own but he also had the shotgun i want and will be going back shortly to get it mossberg 500 all black 18in barrel "home defense" version

Two months ago went in on a Saturday just looking, everyone was super helpful. Called there Monday morning at 9:15, ask them to pull a pistol from the case and I would be in during the day to pay for it and pick it up. They had no clue who I was and had it locked in the safe for me when I arrived a little while later, now that's service!!! Thanks Guys!!and Ladies!!

The Sig bug has bitten me. I bought a 229 yesterday from Sports World yesterday. Great folks to deal with. I literally could not believe the stack of 4473's that they were calling in. I think I have purchased my last three guns from Sports World.

Walked in yesterday at straight up 6 o'clock, didnt realize their hours (closing at 6pm). Although they had at least 7 other customers at the counter, they had plenty of help and the gentleman helping me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly suprised and it was nice to deal with people that actually want your business and go out of their way to help. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had my first visit yesterday and it won't be my last. Very nice selection of handguns. Parking lot was full of cars so I thought good luck on getting help when you want it. Wrong. Plenty of help behind counter. Staff seems very knowledgeable and competant. They also have great customer service. Don't think I'll be going to Dongs for a long time.
