I have decided to offer transfer services.

Guns that I transfer in for you that I perform work on, whether labor or refinishing, I will transfer for free.

Any other guns that I receive in and transfer have a $10 fee;

but here's the catch; that $ fee is redeemable in the future towards labor charges and refinishing.:thumb:

Im am only offering this service for active OK shooter members; please dont spread this around to other non-OSA buddies.

I hope this gives you guys out here East of OKC another closer option.
:thanku:

I was just joking. But I am curious, how do the dealers at gun shows do transfers not in their shop?:anyone:

The ATF grants a variance where a gunshow in your home state is considered your "place of business".

this is that famous gunshow "loophole" you hear about.

Is that the same loophole that allows guns to be transferred at NRA, DU, QU, and NWTF Banquets?

Hmmm,
I know we cant transfer prize guns at shooting matches, unless its ffl to ffl,

There might be mention of awards banquets in the variance.

Ill check one of these days.

I dont want to turn this to be a debate about transfer legalities.

Sorry olyeller. I didn't mean to cause problems. I was just curious as I won a gun at one of these banquets.

How do we know where you are located and how to contact you for any future transfer?

Thank you.

I think that it states any firearm related event. Matches, banquets, dinners, etc.

Right; "qualifying" event is what the book says.
