I apologize if this is a stupid question but what exactly is "Gun-friendly peaceable journey law" as it applies to CCW? I noticed some states allow it, and others do not. I assumed you could take your guns through any state if they were unloaded, broke down, cased, in the trunk, etc.
For example, Kansas does NOT have gun-friendly peaceable journey, but you can still go through it if your guns are all broke down and stuff. I guess I don't know what exactly is the meaning. I can't seem to find a good explanation on the internet although I see it used all the time.
