gun ranges

any feedback would be helpful, I am looking for a gun range that I can join around the tulsa area. I am pretty lad back and would like to find a gun range that has the same lad back feeling.
I also have been shooting a few uspsa matches in joplin and kansas, and would like to find some matches to shoot around here(tulsa). My brother got me into shooting uspsa and it is a blast, I like shooting in joplin and kansas because everyone makes you feel welcome and if you want, give you pointers. Is that the way it is at the matches around here? I also thought about doing some idpa. Once again any feedback would be helpful.

USPSA and IDPA matches are held in Tulsa at Oil Capital and Red Castle. Go to http://www.tulsashooters.com/ for match schedules and maps for both. Both offer facilities well suited to practice for both disciplines. You will find Tulsa shooters a good bunch to shoot with. They are both well skilled and welcoming to newbies.
