I want to start reloading .223 but I need to know what kind of bullets are okay to shoot there. Do any of you reload .223 that you shoot at H&H?

If it doesn't stick to a magnet, it can be used at H&H.

They carry the same brand and price in 7.62x39, but they have been out of that caliber.

At H&H they will hold a magnet to the projectile (not the case) of your ammo. No stick and it's good. Steel case is OK. Brass isn't required. The magnet can stick to your case all day, but if the projectile isn't steel core, you can use it.

I normally take a magnet with me when I go ammo shopping to test any brand I'm unfamiliar with.

I saw them run a magnet over my rifle ammo last time I was there, I just didn't think about doing that test myself.
