Hunting Lease

I am looking for 4 people. There are alot of hardwoods and ponds. There is also a creek that runs through the land. There is a large 40 acre praire grass field. This is my uncles land and he has lived on the property for the last 4 years and there has been no hunting on the land. There is a buck on the property that I have seen that will score everybit of 180. My uncle has leukiemiea (misspelled) and now has to have his gall bladder removed and he wants to lease the land. This lease will be for rifle season and the rest of archery. $1200 for the whole lease. I dont have an aerial photo yet. I will be on the property all day on saturday if you want to see it.

Update! The 200 acre section connected to the 120 is has some on going legal stuff about the specifics on the deed so it is only the 120 for lease this year. $1200 for the lease. You can call me at 405-919-5432 if need be.

If you follow Highway 56 north out of Sasakwa about 6 miles you will take a left on road E1370. Follow that foad all the way down until you see a dead end sign where the road turns left. At the dead end sign take a right and go down about a mile and the land starts.
