Admittedly, I have not paid much attention to the immigration up roar. However, is it a felony to be here illegally or a lesser crime? Why could the illegals NOT immigrate here legally? My forefathers did.

The USA is a country of immigrants, but they came here legally. I do not feel ill toward anyone who wants to come here to better themselves. But do so legally. This pro "were ever they came from" with their noses up in the air towards us atttitude, is not the best way to get their point across. At least it is not getting my support.

The other thing that bothers me is, even though they are here illegally, we give THEM free medical care. We have middle class working families that can't get ANY type of medical care. That is just WRONG.

Ok, off the soap box and feel somewhat better. If I have any errors in the above, I would greatly appreciate it if you could post some links to the contrary so I can get up to speed on this subject.

Um, yeah, I don't imagine the "day without illegals" protest extended into the emergency room, DHS office, or OB ward.

I went to Wal-Mart this afternoon. I actually enjoyed going through the store today. It wasn't crowded, there were no lines at the registers, no one was bumping into me, there weren't hundreds of little kids running around making me weave through the aisle to keep from hitting them.

Then it dawned on me IT'S A DAY WITHOUT ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. I could become a Wal-Mart shopper if it were like this every day.

After having an ambivalent attitude toward the 'Minuteman Project' for the past couple of years, I was finally pushed into joining by last Monday's Boycot of America.

I'm angry that FOREIGNERS think they can stand in our streets & DEMAND rights that they have no claim to while waiving FOREIGN FLAGS.

I'm not a racist - in fact, I married into the Spanish culture and appreciate it very much...

I simply refuse to cave into thugs (whether one or a million) who are undermining my country's well-being.
