There seems to be some interest among forum memebers re. mixed martial arts training....so, here's a link to an article entitled "How to Develop MMA Specific Endurance"...

The author, Chad Waterbury, previously wrote an article re. MMA strength development and it was posted on the same site. Waterbury is pretty hard-core and well respected in the serious fitness/conditioning world.

If anyone is really interested in MMA conditioning, pm me and I have a bunch of training routines to enhance the many types of endurance required for MMA.

MMA training has been a passion for me for the last ten years so I've built up a pretty good library of routines.

PM if you're serious as these routines are NOT basic fitness and NOT for the faint of heart or dedication. They're designed for high level athletes who already have a good strength and conditioning base.
