the foregrip and a light i could see, maybe even a peice of glass to look through. but that is insane, somebody put that together just for the pic obviously.

Now come on...that guy is clearly an undercover operator evaluating the latest equipment for securing the Mega Lo Mart. Once that Glock/AR combo is bristling with sweet lasers, bipods, grenade launchers, scopes, and deer whistles...no tangos will dare enter his AO.
