I was talking with my neighbor last night, trying to make friends and be nice, when 3 coyotes walked across his back yard into to woods. I had heard them before behind the house but had never had a sighting until last night.

We all live on acres lots so they walked within 100 yards of us.

May have to get the call and my 22mag and see if they will come back to see me.

Lawn chair, ice cold beverages of your choice, live rabbit tied to a stake, your 22 mag and just wait! Sounds like a fun evening!!

heard them again just now,

Cool being able to sit on the back porch and listen to coyotes and surf the well.

Heard them again last night. I have put up my game call in a really safe place but I cannot seem to remember where. As soon as I locate it I can get them in and make the neighborhood safe again (at least that is what I will tell the neighbors).

Yes, because they have been known to carry off virgins and small children. :thumb:

I love to listen to the coyotes, the true call of the wild. I think that they are just awesome. I dont shoot them out here on my place. I call it my coyote sanctuary. Get out your call and shoot them with your camera. That's how I shot my last coyote. Got no problem with other people shooting them, I just don't.
