Anyone know where I can find a map of the public hunting land? I'm looking for land around Ft. Gibson lake. I've been looking online and found a couple decent ones but I'd like a more detailed map of the area. Thanks!

Unless you can find an old Wildlife Department Atlas, you have to look at the Wildlife Dept. web page. The have a prettty decent mapping link. They used to print an atlas, but they told me they stopped printing and only have the web page maps now.
If you did not already go there, try this link. You have to go thru a couple of instructions and maybe a download to finally get to the maps.

I bought an atlas a few years ago. I didn't know they didn't print them anymore. That's a shame b/c they are really helpfull.

That was the word from the lady at the window at the wildlife department, I never did anymore checking to see if that was a fact or something said to get me to move on.
You can also go to http://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/ = NASA World Wind. Beware though its a 60 meg download. It has some really nice features. The one I use the most is the topo. Its really slow so be patient, but its worth it too IMO to get these types of maps of pretty much anywhere you could want. Its been around for a while long before google maps

You might check this out:

They have the USGS Topographical maps. I don't know where in the Tulsa area you could find them but in the OKC area I've bought them at Triangle A&E in the past
