Delete option

It would be nice to have a delete option for deleting your own posts (for whatever reason), or for items that have been sold in the classified section. I realize the mod's are the only ones that can do this, just seems it would be much easier and convenient to be able to do it ourselves. I know its definately not in the lack of technology, so whats the deal?

It's set up like that to keep people honest.
Other boards have the same system (not all of them)

The single biggest way to help us clear out old ads is to simply post the word "sold" to your ad when you are done with it.
(whether or not the item was traded,etc.....just put the word "sold" because we use that keyword search to prune threads.
