Biathlon

I am curious if anyone in the area has been or is involved with Biathlon. Obviously we lack snow and mountains...and we seem to be somewhat Anschutz limited here in Oklahoma. I have seen Summer Biathlon which involved running and shooting -- it sure looks fun. You end up running extra distance if you miss your shots.

I am a triathlete but grew up on the rifle range. It would be appealing to combine interests. Any smallbore shooters?
