get off at 9 west, get in the left hand turning lane, make a left (east), go a few hundred yards until there is a very sharp right turn; but youre going to turn left, down a small one lane gravel road that has a small sign that says TCGC. Its just to the right of a small fenced-in utilities hut. Go straight to the main gate (it should be open), and drive down til you see some cars parked.
