I have pulled down the IDPA rule book and I see in the classification match rule that I would be required to shoot some with my weak hand only. Weak hand is an apt description of my right hand because of arthritus, I cannot pull the trigger with my right hand. Is there some accomidation for this inadequacy or would this keep me from shooting IDPA?

you can always take a procedural and shoot strong hand (you left or non-shooting hand is considered your support hand or untrained hand) that is what some have done and usually the safety officers are pretty cool.

Modifications Are Allowed At The Safety Officers Discression. There Is An Idpa Competitor In Tx Who Is Expert Class And Only Has One Arm. They Will Adapt To Any Physical Requirements To Insure Safety.
