Fishing near Stillwater

Went to a farm pond last night around Stillwater last night. We need water!! The fish were pretty aggressive. I lost one lure to a fish. The bass were hitting top water baits and then went to spinners. But the pond was about an eighth of the size it should be. I hope this is a wet winter.

I have fished Carl Blackwell and McMurtry several times. We have a tournament on CB every year. You are about as likely to catch saugeye as you are bass in CB!! Yes, we need water; we need it badly.
