Went out to shoot blackpowder this morning, just to make sure that everything was ready for next weekend. Finshed up, cleaned guns and packed up to leave and saw 7 deer. 1 buck and 6 does.

Needless to say after firing off some black powder, seeing deer, and the cold weather, I am ready for next weekend!

I am off Blackpowder week, and I am taking a couple days off the end of this week as well.

I leave out Thursday night, got my fingers crossed for decent weather. I remember last year opening day was so hot, I spent most of the time looking for shade. The weather changed Sunday and I dropped a decent 8 point.
