The monthly sanctioned IDPA match at Oil Capital Rod & Gun Club (Tulsa area) is Saturday Nov. 18th. 9:30 sign-in, 10:00 AM walk-thru with $8 match fee. Six stages for about 100 rounds. I thought it was the 4th Saturday... Did the date change?

yes.
in nov and Dec.,it changes to the 3rd Sat to accomadate the Holidays.

I thought it was the 4th saturday too. I planned to be there on the 25th. I think its to late for me to make it the 18th.

Oil Capital IDPA shoots the 4th Saturday BUT does usually alter it's schedule for the months of November and December. November puts the 4th Saturday smack in the middle of the post-Thanksgiving family season, as well as Gun Deer Season. Often the 4th Saturday in December is too close to Christmas eve/Christmas holiday.

This year we moved both month's to 3rd Saturday. For 2007, all the way thru October, we'll be on the 4th Saturday.
