Get the free load data pamphlets at gunshops or check on the powder manufacturer's web pages.
Beyond that, what are your shooting goals? General range shooting, training for duty, competition?
G21- Lead in Glock barrel issue? (I've shot lead in my G23 w/o problems. Cleaned frequently at the range). Many choose to avoid the possibility of problems by shooting plated (Cheaper) or jacketed (More expensive) bullets.
Powder- Geez! There's a bunch of good powders. I'm lazy and stick to 231, with the occasional light Bullseye loads for wife and kids.
Primers- Not a huge difference between all of them. CCI or Federal have always worked fine for me.

I use Unique with Federal primers and haven't had any problems. Best to use Winchester primers in Winchester brass as the Federal primers are a little tight. I shoot them in Rugers instead of Glocks though.
