How many of your bosses would freak out knowing that you carried at work? Mine knows I usually have one in the company car but not that I always have one on me. Don't think he would like it. What about you?

Since I am self employed and semi-retired, the only boss I have is my Wife, and she knows I carry. :)

I really have no respect for the peolpe that I work for so I don't care about their ignorant little policies.
If they feel warm and fuzzy about banning guns,good for them.
Concealed means concealed.

Me and one other guy pack at work. The boss and 3 other office personel just took thier SDA class and they will pack. Everyone up front knows we carry. Half of the employees are gun nuts anyway. Not a bad place to work.

I work at a place that is hot as hell and dirty too. I won't carry at work .Period.

i work at a hospital, so i dont think i could get away with it.
espacially while wearing scrubs........:D

I signed a paper when i started stating that i agree not to bring personal firearms on property. Does that mean I can't conceal when I get my license?.... even in my car??? My boss knows I own guns. One day he asked if I brought it b/c he felt so sick that he wanted to just kill himself with it. Yes, he was joking.

If you have your CCW and don't work in one of the prohibited areas (schools, post office, bar, etc...) you can carry concealed at your job. You can also get fired for violating company policy concerning weapons, but you wont get arrested for it. Sometimes it's too easy to confuse company policy for law. :)

After November 1st, you're good in your car and they can't say a durn thing about it. See other thread...

I don't carry on my person, mainly because I feel I lack the knowledge as of yet to do it properly. However, I will keep it in my car.
