Might be headed down to Toby's Bar and Grill on Friday for a concert. Walking around Bricktown I would prefer to carry if it is legal. Are they a 51% establishment? Ofcourse no beer for me if I do.

By definition,a "bar and grill" is 51%

IIRC in Oklahoma, there is no 51% requirement.
It states that you may carry if the sale of alcohol or low-point beer does not constitute the primary *purpose* of the business.

"purpose" not "income"

My read of the SDA rulebook & weakstroke CC class-

Restaraunt part, OK. Bar, not OK.

If the establish ment is a bar and grill it's OK.
If there is a seperate bar, with seperate income, not OK.
That's how i read it.

Is Toby's an integrated restaurant/bar or is the stage area in a bar only part? This will be my first trip down there.

I don't think it's ever smart to be able to carry where there is alcohol. :nono1: That can turn into a really bad situation!

Not if you don't actually *consume* the alcohol.

Ironically, the place you are probably most likely to need a CCW is where alcohol is served or sold.

The stage area at Toby's is actually in the main dining section....there is an outside patio that is all-bar. Even the bar inside has dining tables around it.
