Bayonets. Legal or Not

I know that they're legal to own, but when I get my new AK47 I would like to attach the sticker. I've heard, from a few people, that it's not legal to attach it to the rifle.

Is that correct or are they full of it?

If your weapon has a bayonet lug on it, then it was either made before the Clinton gun ban or after the Clinton GunBan expired. Therefore it is perfectly leagal to attach a sticker on the end of it. My AR15 was put together (its one of those kit guns, buy the complete upper, stripped lower, put the trigger hammer n springs in the lower and attach the 2 pieces) and it has the evil boyonet lug along with the evil threaded barrel. All which is perfectly legal to have/ own.

Well, it comes with the lug already in place. So hopefully I should be good to go then. :)
