Delete Thread function

I recommend that thread starters be allowed to delete a thread anytime. For instance, after an item is sold in Marketplace. Currently, if someone has posted to the thread the delete function is disabled.

If the seller posts the word "sold" to the thread,we can delete them faster when we do clean-up.
