2 new cans

Finally made it up to Yukon to pick up my new cans. Gemtech Outback II and YHM Cobra.

Have you shot the cobra yet? The YHM stuff seems to be priced right.

What barrel are you using with the Glock?

Haven't had a chance to try either one of them yet. Hopefully once it warms/dries up I will get a chance to get to the range.

I went with the YHM Cobra mainly based on it's cost. I have been very impressed by the fit and finish. As long as it is as quiet as I expect, I am sure I will be happy with it.

As for the barrel, it is a Lone Wolf Dist. SS barrel with black oxide finish. Cost was a little over $100.

Finally made it out to the range to try out the new cans. Both worked 100%. With the very short barrel on the P22 even CCI MiniMags were subsonic and very quiet. The Cobra on the Glock was also very quiet as long as I used 147gr subsonic. The 115gr bullets were supersonic and notably loader, but still didn’t require earplugs to shoot. Functioning was flawless. I was very pleased with both of them.
