Gun Owners of America will fight this tooth an toe nail. It won't pass this year, but if Huesen Obama gets elected and we loose very many seats in boths houses of congress. We wont even get them back after 10 years.

It will be a permenant ban. Then they will start on all pistols, and you know what is coming next..........

seriously though, if the supreme court rules in our favor this month on the D.C. case, couldn't that be used as a basis that no all weapon bans are legal including all assault weapons?

I find it interesting that they're trying to make it look good by having the attorney general "study" the effects. It's been proven many times that the last ban didn't decrease crime,
