TULSA, Okla. Homicide detectives are searching for human remains after hikers found a portion of a human skull.
Investigators believe the skull could be connected to a woman who disappeared two years ago this month.
Hikers found the skull on Friday on the citys west side.
A forensic anthropologist says its from a woman, between 30-years-old and 50-years-old, who could have died up to two years ago.
The name of that missing person has not been released.
Now, police are trying to find the rest of the womans remains because the medical examiner cannot confirm a positive match without them.
