1873 Winchester in .30 carbine.
A top break revolver in .30 carbine (that might be tough). I'd settle for a Single Action Army.
A 1911 in .30 carbine. AMT used to make a semi auto pistol, and Ruger made a Blackhawk.

Dependable being the key word.
A lot of companies have tried to build one. Other than a derringer, they have all had some issues.

The issue is that they are trying to build a gun around the .22 mag designed to be shot from a rifle.
They should be building a gun that will shoot a .22 mag with powder/rimfire combo that is designed to be shot from a pistol.

I have an AMT Automag in .22 mag. They redesigned the chamber with some stippling to slow down the action of the pistol as the recoil impulse was too quick. The stippling slowed down the action a millisecond or two for all the physics to take place.

The tarus Judge shooting .410 ammo came into the same category. 20" barrel length ammo doesn't perform well at all in a pistol.

The ammo manufactures have designed ammo for the gun vs making the gun match the ammo.

That is the only way a .22 mag will ever be reliable in a pistol round.

I shot a .22 mag through my chrono with a 2" Davis derringer. It never got over 950 fps.

I want someone to start making classic Military arms. A No4Mk1 in 308 or 303 I would love. A 98K in 8mm, 7mm, 7mm-08, 308, etc. That way I would not feel bad about shooting my milsurp to much.

That is the only way a .22 mag will ever be reliable in a pistol round. .

the PMR 30 seems to be good for the few rounds I've put through it <120
It's trigger is a tad light , but no ftf.
