I mean hopefully it's headed the other way. Unisex restrooms and be done with it. I don't see the problem. I've never seen anyone's junk in a public restroom save for some hippies towel bathing at campgrounds. WTF do ya'll do in there?

Actually, I could go for that. We would all know the rules. And, everyone would mind their own business. Anyone that deviates would suffer the consequence.
I hate the troughs they have at sports stadiums... guys are just supposed to whip it out and splash away next to each other? I was raised a little more modest than that.
What about the guys at the gym who have no shame coming out of the showers? No towel around anything, drying their hair fully nude facing everybody else, combing their hair, adjusting stuff, putting on jewelry, everything but putting some damn clothes on until the last minute? Makes me want to just turn and snap a pic and tell him I'll post it so everyone can look as long as they want...NOW PUT SOME DAMN CLOTHES ON!
