Yep then they learned and now use their low ranking members as couriers. I know a couple that have retired from the Vegas groups. They are scared to death of many of the millennials. I know one that passed over 2 of his sons for his 3rd oldest because the first two were soft and 3 would have taken over any way. Even if he had to kill one and two.
