Just got done redoing most of a kitchen. Still needs some trim and some other minor things as well as the countertop which was going to be outsourced anyway. Also removed a big chunk of popcorn ceiling. The cabinets were flat packed so had to be put together and then everything put in. Don't think we did too bad for a couple amateurs.

I love to spend time with my family most of all. I love to fish and of course collect and shoot guns. I love to just lay my guns out and just look at them. I am a big gamer. I like to watch movies. I love to be outside when it's not too hot. Luckily with my job I am outside everyday. Which kinda sucks when it's as hot and humid as it is. I love OU football. That's about it. Pretty boring life. If I was rich I would have a lot more hobbies that I can't afford now.

Its been a while since I posted anything on OSA. Seeing and reading all of these hobbies was/is very enjoyable. Its amazing how many of us share not only the love of shooting, but much, much more! I guess I'm no different that most that have posted.

Fishing is Number 1. We fish two big tournament trails (this year Skeeter XFL and Future Bass Trails-Eufaula Division) and all of the pre-fishing, etc winds up to about 30 weekends a year on the water. Success has been scarce the past two years, but things are starting to go our way!

Hunting has taken a back seat simply because its too easy. We live in an area that allows for wildlife to literally walk up to the house. It kind of takes the challenge away.. I still love to get my youngest out in the woods just to watch him develop and use those hunting skills I take for granted!

Really love working on guns and have started Cerakoting a few. That, along with reloading gets a lot more attention in the winter months.

All of that is shoehorned around being a Volunteer Fireman and Coal County Emergency Management Swiftwater/Wildland Search and Rescure Technician. Last year was really an eye opener for many who questioned our need for a swiftwater rescue team. We deployed 7 times in true emergency situations due to the rising/high waters...

When I have time, I also teach Open/Concealed carry classes.

Oh, and I have that whole "work thing" to deal with, too... I seem to forget about it!!
