This isn't to start a pro/con discussion about the NRA, it's just a statement about who the anti's hate the worst and who they will attack the hardest.

The NRA is going to come down hard with this waving of the red flag, especially as regards their plans to gain a Democrat majority in the Senate.

Make fertilizer companies responsible for bombs, make Chefs liable for making you fat, make auto makers responsible for all car wrecks, make computer manufactures responsible for hackers, make pharmaceutical companies responsible for addiction, make shampoo companies responsible for your bad hair day... :anyone:

The concept of "personal responsibility" seems to disappear when politicians think about guns.

I find it interesting the disdain demonstrated by politicians who claim to represent the people, yet make careers out of continually attacking them and the organizations that represent them. Might be part of why they hate Citizens United so much, it gives voice to the unheard and removes some of their cronyism advantages.

It too, almost makes sense that they act as though they are above the law, or in some cases are the law, as they hold that too, law as a representative of the people, in the same regard.

The gun control advocates fear the NRA like no other. I/we are the NRA.
There are other groups that are advocates of gun freedom that do a great job, but they are never mentioned.
Yet we have gun owners on this forum that reject the NRA.
This isn't to start a pro/con discussion about the NRA, it's just a statement about who the anti's hate the worst and who they will attack the hardest.
That's right. I am a life member and proud of it. If it weren't for the NRA we wouldn't have many of the "rights" we do. And that's a fact.
